Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised personnel enter.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance of the site.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid assistance when necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and any actions taken.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required during investigations or emergencies.
Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets and property.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on duty.
Experience
Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
Certification in first aid or willingness to obtain certification is desirable.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with staff and the public.
