We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This role involves providing legal advice and support to our corporate clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while facilitating business operations.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation affecting corporate practices.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between legal requirements and business objectives.
Represent the company in negotiations and disputes as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and correspondence.
Qualifications
A qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate (2+years PQE)
Strong knowledge of corporate law and related regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
