Job Description

Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Walsall offices.
This Corporate Solicitor role will have you working on behalf of businesses of all sizes and industries within a Partner led team to deal with your own caseload of matters including:

Mergers and Acquisitions
Company formation
Corporate restructuring
Corporate Finance and Banking
Unincorporated businesses
Joint ventures and shareholders
GDPR regulations
Partnership Agreements
Shareholder Agreements

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years PQE in Corporate law and can demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, is ambitious, has a keen eye for detail and is an excellent team player.
