Job Description

Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly rated national law firm and a large Corporate team ranked by the legal directories for Yorkshire.
The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

Advising clients on corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and private equity work
Working closely with clients including investors, SME's, management teams.
Working with the Partners and other senior fee earners on deals.
Helping on marketing and business development
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and likely to be around 1-2 years PQE
Proven experience in corporate law gained from a regional, national or international law firm
Ties to Leeds
Strong academics
An ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
