Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage UK corporate tax compliance and reporting (in-house and via outsourced providers)
  • Prepare Corporation Tax returns and key calculations such as RDEC, Patent Box, and share-based payments
  • Collaborate with finance and tax teams on local GAAP and US GAAP tax accounting
  • Support strategic projects including tax structuring, transfer pricing, and expansion into new jurisdictions
  • Monitor PE risks and advise on business expansion from a tax perspective
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of tax data and documentation

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in managing UK and EMEA tax operations, reporting directly into the Associate Director of Tax. You'll partner with internal finance teams, local tax advisers, and global colleagues to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic planning that supports business growth and transformation.
Skills/experience required:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent), ideally with experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK Corporation Tax legislation, ATAD, and DAC6
  • Proficient with large data sets and ERP systems (SAP experience desirable)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, and global structuring is advantageous
