Are you an ambitious Corporate Tax Senior Manager looking to elevate your career? At Old Mill, we're searching for an experienced and commercially minded tax professional to take a leading role in our Corporate Tax Advisory team. If you're CTA-qualified (or equivalent) and thrive in a client-focused, advisory-led environment, we'd love to hear from you.


As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you'll be a trusted adviser to a diverse client base, delivering high-level tax planning and advisory services. You'll lead on complex corporate tax projects, guiding clients through strategic tax decisions while also managing the compliance process.


You'll also play a key leadership role within the firm, overseeing a team of tax professionals, mentoring and developing talent, and helping to shape the future direction of our Corporate Tax team.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in corporate tax. Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in corporate tax advisory, tax planning, and risk mitigation. The ability to build and manage key client relationships, providing clear, strategic tax advice. A commercial mindset, identifying growth opportunities and driving business development. Proven experience managing and developing a team.
