Job Title: Corporate/Commercial Associate/Senior Associate 5+- Central London Boutique Law Firm
Salary: 70,000-85,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a high-quality Central London boutique law firm is going through an exciting period of expansion and is looking to recruit an additional Corporate/Commercial associate or senior associate with at least 5 year PQE.
The firms client base belies their size with a focus on working with privately owned entrepreneurial companies often with a cross border flavour.

M&A
Corporate reorganisations
Corporate governance
Shareholder agreements
Intellectual property
Commercial contracts
Data protection

The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who is currently working for a high quality City/West End firm or is alternatively looking for their first move into the London market.
