Our laboratory

Our filling laboratory is in Churcham, Gloucestershire with easy access to the M5, M50 and the rural counties of Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. The site has free parking and we have free hot drinks & snacks on site.

Our Production function is looking for an experienced, passionate and diligent Product Blender/Mixer to join the team in Gloucestershire as our small but perfectly formed company scales at pace!

As a Product Blender/Mixer within the Production operation, you will be responsible for creating production bulk batches of all our exciting products from creams to oils, and no day will be the same. Following detailed formulation guidelines and maintaining our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, teamwork, and attention detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick the raw material from the warehouse required for the production batch. Prepare and produce bulk batches according to formulation guidelines, ensuring quality is met every time. Use a variety of mixing vessels within the department. Monitor and analyse batches during production, accurately recording results. Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure production Is always maximised and streamlined. Make real time adjustments to products throughout the manufacturing process. Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Work closely with the QA team. Always Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies.
