Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the creation and maintenance of excel based cost sheets and pricing models for the commercial team to submit to customers Inputting accurate data for materials, labour, and overheads for labour variances Collaborating with different departments to gather and validate costing information Providing administrative support across the costing, finance team & commercial team Run and prepare weekly standards reports that include stock review, raw material price changes for weekly accounting Process weekly reports and variances on new product launches against development costings

Please note that this role is on a 1 year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Requirements:

Experience in an administrative or finance support role (1-2 years preferred) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Great organisational skills and a flexible, team-first attitude A willingness to learn and grow with us
