Handle
complex costs disputes
(drafting Points of Dispute/Reply) Providecommercial costs advice
to fee-earners and clients Manageexternal provider relationships

and optimise cashflow Stay updated oncosts law developments
(incl. arbitration rules)Ideal Candidate
4+ years' costs experience
(qualified Costs Lawyer preferred)Expertise in:
Detailed assessments & negotiations Arbitration/international costs rules Legal cashflow management
