Swindon & Gloucester

Salary:

33,000 - 36,000 per annum

pro rata



Hours:

28 hours/week | 12-month contract

Leave:

25 days plus public holidays

pro rata



Pension:

6% employer contribution

What You'll Do:




Lead monthly group supervision sessions for keyworkers Provide expert clinical support and guidance Shape innovative support plans and interventions Train and mentor staff in therapeutic techniques Build resilience and wellbeing across our teams Jump in during crisis moments to offer immediate support Champion best practice and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:




BACP registration (or similar) Experience supporting those facing addiction, trauma, and justice involvement Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies Top-notch communication and teamwork skills Proven track record in clinical supervision
