Frydays in Stockton is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Counter Staff to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in excellent customer service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive and professional attitude Take orders accurately using the till system Handle cash and card transactions Package and serve food items efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the counter and dining area throughout the shift Assist with end-of-day cleaning duties including wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and taking out rubbish Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times Support kitchen staff when needed, including basic food prep tasks
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to undertake cleaning tasks as part of the role Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
