Counter Assistant
Job Description
We currently have a Position available for Counter Assistant at our Busy Fish & Chip Shop, based in Pembroke Dock. We are looking for an Energetic, Enthusiastic and hard working person who works well in a team, to join us at Mr Chips, Pembroke Dock.
Hours are Permanent and include Days, Evenings and Weekends.
Experience within the catering trade is not necessary as full training is given.
Applicants must be able to work at pace and have the ability to multi task in a busy environment, while maintaining a high level of Customer Service.
Being able to work well in a team environment is essential
Very Good Rates of pay after fully trained and competent
Duties
*Interacting with the Customers, Taking Orders, Wrapping Orders, Taking Payments and using the Till.
*Maintaining high standards of food hygiene.
*Cleaning and stocking up
Experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, so Previous experience in catering is not always required, but the ability to work effectively in a busy team Is.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and the team at Mr Chips
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
