About the Role

This is a

fast-paced, customer-facing role

, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering excellent service in a friendly and clean environment.

This role includes Friday evening shifts and weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at the counter and in the cafe Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times Handle food preparation and packing orders Operate tills and take customer payments accurately Assist with stock control and restocking front-of-house supplies Support the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed Clear tables and maintain a tidy cafe environment Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For

Friendly and approachable with good communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and a team player Strong hygiene awareness and attention to detail Prior catering, hospitality, or waiting experience is a bonus - but not essential Must speak fluent English Must have the legal right to work in the UK Must live within 30 minutes of Penrith or be relocating
