Job Description

We're looking for a Country House Supervisor to join our team -- someone who loves hospitality, enjoys variety, and wants to take the next step in their career.

This role combines guest relations with restaurant and bar service, giving you the chance to be involved in every part of the guest journey. You'll help ensure our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, and work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out Supporting breakfast and dinner service in our restaurant and bar Ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistently high standard of guest care Working with the team to deliver an exceptional and relaxed guest experience Contributing ideas and feedback to help evolve the services we offer Maintaining presentation standards throughout the house and restaurant

About You

Warm, friendly, and confident when engaging with guests A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of hospitality Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage, but we welcome those looking to take the next step in their career Flexible and happy to work a mix of shifts -- including early breakfasts (from 7:30am) and evening service (from around 3pm) Reliable, professional, and passionate about creating memorable experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week
