The Role

We are seeking a Country Manager to join us at EstimateOne in our International team located in London. Our business spans three key audiences - Subcontractors (Subbies), Builders and Suppliers. We\xe2\x80\x99ve done the groundwork and taken our much loved SaaS product over to the UK and Ireland with a sales team on the ground. This role will see you playing a pivotal lead role in how we continue to expand our brand awareness, share our value proposition and build our network.

About the role:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue objectives for the EstimateOne sales teams in the UK and Ireland.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, improve conversion rates, and minimize churn through effective sales processes.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team, made up of sales and customer success. Your focus will be across team and revenue targets. Initially focused on acquisition and retention.
  • Gain market insights and industry knowledge to refine sales strategies and contribute to the growth of EstimateOne in the new market.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams back in AU to ensure we\'re maximising value for our international customers
  • Implement sales performance analysis, insights, and forecasting processes to monitor and influence key metrics.
About you
  • You\'re smart, hungry and humble. You lead with empathy, but you\'re competitive and want to drive business success to drive your own satisfaction.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got proven experience leading small to medium B2B sales teams, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • You enjoy wearing multiple hats, from supporting others to achieve their goals and being on the tools yourself when needed in a sales pitch or customer call.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got experience taking a new product to a new market, or expanding a value proposition internationally.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got the sales DNA, you\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable developing sales frameworks and running forward with a \xe2\x80\x98sales led approach\xe2\x80\x99 and can comfortably manage pipelines to put numbers on the board.
  • You love the ability to influence, develop and mentor team members through sales processes including objection handling and negotiation.
  • Ideally you have exposure to, or interest in the construction industry.
