Job description
The Country Manager is expected to champion a strategic approach within the UK and Ireland market, promoting Ecoflam UK's full range of products by effectively networking to enhance brand awareness and support an increase in sales revenue.
The core objective will be to increase sales revenue within the burners UK market, through developing and leading the local team, collaborating effectively with Group colleagues and increasing business opportunities through strong customer focus.
Job responsibilities
Key contact in relation to sales within Ecoflam UK, both internally and externally
Grow and nurture existing stakeholders, as well as targeting new sales opportunities, to successfully increase Ecoflam and Elco UK's market presence and brand reputation
Develop, plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in growing profitability and market share
Strategic focus in the UK and Ireland market, with evidence to support in strategic decisions made
Manage product portfolio, identifying and meeting market needs and legislation requirements
Monitor and report on business performance of sales, service and after-market activities
Proficient in the use of systems and software to collate, analyse and present data with confidence, discussing the details to all stakeholders where required
CRM management and review in relation to UK Burners data
Visit customers and stakeholders by attending events, trade association meetings and exhibitions
Product knowledge within the industry, with clear understanding of USPs and technical information in respect of burners, heat pumps and water heaters across commercial and domestic
Understanding of industry legislation and ethical best practices
Effective leadership of the local team, successful managing of general ER and HR processes
Any other reasonable tasks as assigned within the burners area of responsibility
Requirements
Excel, Word, PowerPoint to intermediate/advanced level management
Experience in combustion sector (heating and process)
Familiarity with B2B and B2C markets
