The salary range for this role is set at \xc2\xa354,800 - \xc2\xa386,400. We are seeking candidates with salary expectations in the range of \xc2\xa354,800 - \xc2\xa365,000.

This position is a permanent contract.

This is a blended working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and our Victoria or Bracknell Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises. The role could be based at either our Bracknell or Victoria campus based on your preference.

About the role:

Our Finance team are seeking a Coupa Configuration Manager to join our team here at the John Lewis Partnership. In this role, you will support the Global Process and Systems Lead Source to Settle by improving and supporting the Partnership\xe2\x80\x99s Finance and Procurement (F&P) solutions throughout the business, specifically through Coupa Configuration activity covering 2nd line support and configuration change.

Coupa is one of the principal Finance and Procurement solutions, covering the full Source to Settle process from New Requirement through to Approved Invoice, via Risk Assess, Sourcing, Due Diligence, Contracting, Requisitioning, Ordering, Receiving, Invoicing. The solution supports a variety of transactions in Goods Not for Resale, and also Goods for Resale.

Key responsibilities:

Lead engagement with stakeholders from around the partnership to ensure they understand (i) what processes and systems we are deploying in the F&P process area (ii) why we\xe2\x80\x99re deploying it (iii) how they should use it (iv) what\xe2\x80\x99s in it for them (v) how best practice can be applied to their local business areas, with the express aim of securing user compliance and satisfaction and thus the benefits from the Partnership Plan.

Lead engagement with stakeholders to understand user requirements for improvements to the solutions, to inform our prioritised roadmap of change and development, so we continue to innovate and secure the best value-add from our investments in this process area.

Lead Business Requirements Documents. Use expertise in Coupa to produce cost effective functional solutions. Work with technical teams when integrations are needed. Test or supervise testing, including hosting UAT. Compile technical documentation and change requests to move to production. Lead Scheduled Release activity. Lead 2nd line support activity. Maintain deep expertise in Coupa functional capability. Work closely with controls and accounting teams to ensure solution design meets controls and compliance rules both internally and externally.

What will you be doing?

Using expertise in Coupa to produce cost effective functional solutions

Work closely with controls and accounting teams to ensure solution design meets controls and compliance rules both internally and externally

People-manage and task-manage Coupa Analyst

Maintain deep expertise in Coupa, embedding best practice across our stakeholder areas

Leading engagement with Pan Partnership stakeholders to embed F&P processes and systems to secure compliance and associated business benefit

Influencing and managing relationships with stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of change

Accountable for leading in a culture seeking to make incremental improvements to propositions, processes, controls and/or policies both proactively and based on feedback and insight from stakeholders, colleagues and clients

Bring advice, insight, support and challenge in order to actively contribute to the shaping of the F&P transformation strategy

Leading production of Business Requirements to inform prioritised roadmap of change and development

Essential skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

Expertise in Coupa functionality

Significant experience in process or system transformation

Significant expertise in communicating and embedding change

Internal and External stakeholder management

People Management experience

Desirable skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll have:

Expertise in Oracle Financials functionality

Accounting qualification or equivalent experience
