We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of goods to various locations. As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of packages, including heavy lifting as required. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and confirming receipt of goods. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is an advantage. Experience in warehouse operations is beneficial, including knowledge of inventory management. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and customers. A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type is required, along with a clean driving record.
