Job Description

ABOUT US
Transforming lives through excellent education
London Met is an extraordinary institution. Equity and social inclusion have always been our driving principles, and it's what makes the University so unique. Our organisation is distinctive, both in its eclectic and diverse community of students and staff, and also for its historical role in serving some of London's most deprived boroughs. Everything we do is underpinned by our philosophy that an individual should have the opportunity to transform their life through the power of education.
Equipping our students with the tools for their future is at the heart of our academic offering. We pride ourselves on providing our students with access to a wealth of opportunities and professions. Our graduates benefit personally, but also contribute their unique perspectives to society, culture, public service and the economy in all areas of London, the UK and around the world.
The School of Human Sciences brings together the University's science-based provision and offers a diverse range of courses across a range of essential scientific disciplines that underpin this provision. Our courses are closely allied to subjects related Applied Biology, Biomedical Science, Blood Science, Molecular and Pharmaceutical Science, Analytical, Synthetic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry, Herbal Chemical Sciences and Pharmacology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Sciences, Physiotherapy and the newly offered Nursing program. The Science Centre is the School's hub for the provision of cutting-edge research and undergraduate practical teaching in these disciplines.
ABOUT THE POST
We are looking for someone to join the Systems and Data team in the Academic Registry. You will lead on maintaining accurate course and module information in our systems, ensuring updates reflect approved changes.
The role includes coordinating the annual Module Operating Catalogue and timeslots, supporting timetabling, and responding to staff queries, including for external reporting. You'll also help ensure published course information is accurate, deliver training on relevant systems, and support the onboarding and rollout of a new curriculum management system.
You should be digitally literate, ideally with experience using systems like SITS, and confident working with large data sets. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across the University are essential.
