An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and proactive Court of Protection lawyer (Solicitor or Charted Legal Executive) to join a professionally recognised boutique law firm. Known for providing expert legal services to individuals within the Court of Protection field.

You will play a crucial role in the leadership and supervision of our team, working with our Panel Deputy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload and supporting our paralegals to deliver a high calibre service.

As part of the firm's expansion plans, this role presents a chance to develop your expertise in a prestigious legal setting whilst making a meaningful impact on our client's lives. You will work closely with individuals, families and carers offering practical and financial assistance and direction.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have 3 years or more post qualified experience ideally in Court of Protection or have a desire to move across from an alternate discipline e.g. Private Client.
