The Role

As a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will provide legal services within our Tax, Trusts and Succession sub-team to high net worth individuals.

Specifically, you will support our clients with a wide variety of legal needs, working collaboratively with Partners, Team Leaders, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

You'll be involved in handling complex and high-value estate administrations, as well as drafting bespoke Wills and trust deeds, and advising clients on succession and inheritance tax planning.

Additionally, you will:

- Progress legal files under partner supervision
- Delegate tasks to paralegals and administrative assistants
- Deliver pragmatic and effective legal solutions

About You

To be considered as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will need:

- Experience advising on inheritance tax, succession planning, the structure and creation of trusts, and estate administration
- Commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Strong technical legal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- STEP qualification (achieved or working towards)
