Court of Protection/public law/human rights legal experience is essential.
Driving Licence:
UK driving licence due to client visits is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of our busy team, working closely with the directors.
The right candidate will:
Assist essential admin duties, including preparing court bundles.
Prepare court applications.
Offer comprehensive support to the team throughout all stages of case preparation, which can include:
Attending hearings and meetings with counsel.
Drafting court documents such as statements, briefs to counsel, and letters of instruction to experts.
Reviewing disclosure and evidence.
Conducting client visits in hospitals, care homes, and other care settings.
Qualifications
Proven CoP experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment is preferred.
Must hold a Law Degree or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective time management skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
