The Opportunity
As part of this team, you will:
Manage your own caseload of Court of Protection matters (with supervision and support)
Draft and file deputyship and statutory will applications
Assist in administering high-value estates
Prepare clear, accurate legal documents and client communications
Support senior colleagues on complex or contested deputyship cases
Investigate potential financial abuse issues
Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and external professionals while providing a sensitive, professional service
What We're Looking For
A qualified Solicitor (0-2 PQE) or trainee close to qualification
Genuine interest (or prior experience) in Court of Protection, Private Client, or financial management work
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent numeracy and commercial awareness relating to property and financial matters
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with empathy and professionalism
A proactive team player eager to develop expertise in a specialist area

Pay: 45,000.00-65,000.00 per year
