The Priory Academy LSST, one of the UK's top performing state schools, is looking for a Cover Coordinator and Attendance Support Assistant to join our exceptional staff body. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Coordinator and Attendance Support Assistant to join our data team.? Duties will include coordinating the Academy's daily staff cover, tracking and analysing attendance data, and liaising with both data and administration teams. You will require a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the logistics of a school day, as well as how attendance data correlates strongly with student attainment. The successful applicant will need be qualified to GCSE level C or equivalent in English and Maths. They would also need to be proficient in the use of IT systems, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge and experience of using database applications or school management systems is also essential.
