About the job
Enlighten Supply Pool are working with a secondary school in Slough who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Manager to start ASAP or in September. This is a full-time long term to permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and manage daily staff cover (teaching and non-teaching) Play a key role in the recruitment process for long term and permanent appointments Manage a budget effectively Deliver lessons using pre-prepared materials to full classes Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment Support continuity of learning by liaising with returning staff
Key Requirements
Adaptability, resilience and the ability to think on your feet are essential in this varied and evolving role, as will an ability to communicate effectively Strong ICT skills Good command of English Previous experience as a Cover Manager or working within the HR department of schools
