dedicated and adaptable Cover Staff

to provide essential support across our online secondary school.
The role involves stepping in to cover lessons when regular teachers are absent, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining our high academic standards.

We are looking for teachers with strong communication skills, professional conduct, and a passion for supporting students through engaging online lessons. This

Responsibilities

Provide cover for scheduled online lessons across various subjects, ensuring learning continues smoothly. Deliver engaging lessons using provided lesson plans and resources. Support students' academic progress through clear explanations and interactive teaching methods. Maintain professional communication with students, colleagues, and the academic team. Manage online classrooms effectively, promoting focus, respect, and participation.

Experience

Teaching qualification QTS/PGCE or relevant experience Confident using

Microsoft Teams

and digital learning tools Excellent communication and classroom management skills Flexible, punctual, and able to adapt quickly to different subjects or year groups
