About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Secondary School located inner city Bradford who are looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team. This full time role is due to commence ASAP, but the school are willing to wait for the right candidate.

The school are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor, who has recent experience covering in UK schools and has strong behaviour management. In this role you will be expected to cover a wide variety of subjects, all work will be pre-set, across KS3 and KS4.

The school has high expectations for pupils and as such behaviour is good across all year groups. A respectful and positive atmosphere permeates the school and the SLT are supportive of staff wellbeing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Engage and motivate students to complete their work to the best of their abilities. Support students with their learning and be proactive in the classroom

Pre-requisites:

Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational role, that can be referenced Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities. Friendly, positive, and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport with students and staff. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment. Flexibility and adaptability to cover a wide variety of subjects and year groups
