Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in a school setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classroom behaviour during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
- Provide support to students in their learning activities
- Maintain discipline and uphold school policies
- Liaise with teaching staff and senior management as required
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to sell ideas effectively to students
- Experience in sales management or team management is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle various tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students and staff
- Background in retail management or administrative roles is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities effectively

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 72.04-133.76 per day
