to join their teams ASAP.Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with relevant experience working with young people - we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment Providing support where necessary and reporting back to teaching staff
What We're Looking For:
Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills Ability to manage behaviour and engage students effectively Adaptability and confidence in delivering lessons across various subjects Previous experience in a school or youth-based setting is desirable but not essential
Requirements:
