We are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our academy within the Primary department. You will be expected to present pre-prepared work to groups of students. This will normally happen in the absence of the class teacher. The post will also include other supervisory duties and administrative tasks.
About You
-------------
You will be qualified to at least Grade C in English and Maths and will preferably be qualified to HLTA level. You will be extremely organised, focussed and have a calm and friendly approach to all stakeholders. You will have great patience and empathy along with excellent interpersonal skills, as this role involves dealing with students, staff and colleagues within United Learning. You will have independent and enjoy working with young people and have experience of working with them but be able to judge when to ask for help and support.
