90 - 120 per day + Pro RataWe are looking for an dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover at a secondary school we work closey with in Southampton. This a long-term position starting immediately, until the end of the academic. Potential to stay on permanently.
About the Role:
Providing general cover across a variety of subjects. Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies. Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences. Building strong relationships with staff and students.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching. A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential. Right to work in the UK is essential.
