The team at Driffield School and Sixth Form are looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.

This opportunity is available on a part time or full time basis, with a requirement to work Wednesdays to Friday each week. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 3.30 pm each day during the school term. Your actual salary based on working 5 days a week will be between 18,515 - 21,768 per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

What are we are looking for?



We are looking for an individuals who are great communicators and able to quickly build rapport with young people. You will be committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be. We're also looking for the following:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good standard of literacy and numeracy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent Organised and adaptable to be able to respond to the changing requirements of cover Great team player Able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
