Cover Supervisor

to work across secondary schools in Dudley.

Job Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects as set out by the class teacher. Supervise students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), ensuring a productive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour and encourage students to engage with the tasks at hand. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as marking and setting up learning materials as required. Be a positive presence in the classroom, maintaining the school's high standards of behaviour.

Required Skills and Experience:

Degree level qualification is desirable. . Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A passion for supporting students' academic growth in a

Secondary School

setting.

This role is based in Dudley. The schools offer onsite parking and excellent transport links to all key areas of the region.
