Lead a new supported living company in Swindon, Wiltshire as our CQC Registered Area Manager and make a lasting impact.



Job Summary



We are seeking a passionate and experienced CQC Registered Manager to set up and lead supported living services from scratch based in Swindon. You will oversee care for adults aged 18-65 with learning disabilities, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support while building and managing a dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to shape services for a new provider in the area and make a lasting impact.

About the Role



You will:

Develop and deliver person-centred supported living services Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated support team Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and health
professionals

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery

About You



The ideal candidate will have:

Current CQC registration rated GOOD or OUTSTANDING with a wealth of
management experience in Learning Disabilities and or Mental Health Needs

Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Commitment to safeguarding and promoting independence Passion for empowering people to live fulfilling lives Experience of setting up services from scratch
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 40,000.00 per year
