Requirements
Experience in a senior management role within Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, or similar adult care services
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Recognised qualification in management or leadership
Up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care standards
Proven ability to lead teams and manage service delivery
Experience developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
Registered Manager status with CQC, or eligibility to register
Key Responsibilities
Manage the operations of Supported Accommodation and community-based services
Supervise House Managers and staff teams
Develop and review care and support plans tailored to individual needs
Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and CQC standards
Conduct regular service assessments and audits to support continuous improvement
Maintain effective communication with service users, families, staff, and external agencies
Provide supervision and performance monitoring for staff
Oversee budgets and allocate resources efficiently

Pay: 39,789.00-42,113.00 per year
