As a growing care provider committed to excellence, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop our care services, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuity of care at every level.

About the Role


The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of our supported living and domiciliary care operations. You will play a pivotal role in upholding regulatory standards, developing staff, supporting clients, and expanding service delivery in line with Infiniticare's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Management



Provide inspirational and hands-on leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and oversee effective recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies.

Conduct regular staff supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings to promote professional development and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and other statutory regulations relevant to supported living and domiciliary care.

Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures and oversee internal audits and quality assurance processes.

Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints in line with company policies and external guidelines.

Service Delivery & Client Care



Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets the individual needs, goals, and preferences of each service user.

Monitor the effectiveness of care plans and conduct regular reviews with input from service users, families, and external professionals.

Promote independence, dignity, and well-being across all services, ensuring clients are actively involved in decisions about their care.

Operational Oversight



Manage daily operations across multiple supported living sites and domiciliary care packages.

Ensure effective use of scheduling, rostering, and care management systems to deliver timely and consistent care.

Monitor KPIs, prepare reports for senior leadership, and contribute to strategic planning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication



Act as the key liaison with commissioners, local authorities, health professionals, and families.

Attend multi-agency meetings and build strong partnerships to support integrated care pathways.

Represent Infiniticare at external events, forums, and inspections as required.

Business Development



Identify opportunities for service growth and improvement in line with the company's strategic vision.

Contribute to tendering, funding applications, and contract negotiations when required.

Work closely with the Director(s) to support the financial health and sustainability of the service.

Essential Requirements:



Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in supported living or domiciliary care. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (or working towards it). Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work flexibly, including on-call responsibilities. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Desirable:



Experience with specific client groups (e.g., learning disabilities, mental health). Knowledge of rostering systems and electronic care planning tools. Proven experience in service development and staff performance management.

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
