Position Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CQC Registered Manager to lead and oversee our digital health clinic operations at Ted's Health. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in line with CQC regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager for a CQC registered provider, with a strong preference for those who have managed online or digital-first healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:



CQC Compliance & Quality Governance:



Hold legal responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager for Ted's Health, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Lead on all aspects of CQC registration, inspection preparation, and ongoing compliance, including policy development, audit, and risk management. Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance throughout the organisation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC requirements, digital health regulations, and best practices in remote healthcare delivery.

Leadership & Operational Management:



Oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital clinic, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centric care. Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver seamless, high-quality digital healthcare services. Manage and support clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring appropriate training, supervision, and development in line with CQC expectations. Lead incident management, safeguarding, and complaints processes, ensuring timely resolution and regulatory reporting as required.

Digital Health Innovation:



Drive the integration of digital tools, processes, and platforms to enhance patient safety, service quality, and operational efficiency. Identify and implement opportunities to optimise digital care pathways and patient engagement, in line with CQC standards for digital providers. Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical governance frameworks tailored to digital healthcare delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:



Act as the primary point of contact for CQC inspectors, commissioners, and other regulatory bodies. Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and external partners to promote a culture of transparency, safety, and excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager for a CQC registered provider (

essential*).
Experience managing or supporting CQC compliance in a digital health, telemedicine, or online healthcare setting (

strongly preferred*).
In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act, and best practices in clinical governance. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex healthcare operations. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with digital health platforms, CRM systems, and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced digital health environment. Familiarity with men's health, hormone therapy, or remote healthcare delivery. Relevant management or leadership qualifications in healthcare.
