Registered Manager
to lead and grow our Finchley & Edgware service, working closely with an engaged and supportive Franchise Owner.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, clear growth plans and strong support behind you.
The Role
You'll have responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, quality and growth of the branch, including:
Leading high-quality visiting care and live-in care services
Carrying out client consultations, assessments and care planning
Ensuring excellent customer experience and managing feedback or complaints
Maintaining CQC compliance and safe service delivery
Recruiting, developing and supporting a strong care team
Building relationships with local professionals and community partners
Supporting sustainable business growth in the local area
About You
This role would suit a Registered Manager who:
Has experience managing a regulated care service (can be from any type of service)
Works well in partnership with the Owner and others in the branch team
Has strong knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
Leads with a person-centred, quality-first approach
Is confident, organised and resilient
Communicates well and motivates teams positively
Enjoys developing people as well as services
Holds a UK driving licence and ideally has access to a car (not essential)
Is willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
