Your role
As Registered Manager, you'll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional visiting and live-in care. You will be responsible for:
Ensuring CQC compliance and driving continuous improvement
Managing client assessments, care plans, and long-lasting relationships
Recruiting, training, and supporting Care Professionals
Building partnerships with community stakeholders and referral sources
Overseeing branch operations and promoting a culture of excellence
About you
You're a compassionate, confident leader who is passionate about high-quality care. You'll bring:
Proven experience managing services in health or social care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for developing people
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to complete a DBS check
