Our Service-Users receive 24/7 care in their own home within Northamptonshire.

Job Details:



Title: CQC Registered Manager

Pay: Basic pay from 40,000 with a profits related bonus scheme.

Location: Hybrid working from home/Towcester office. Travel around Northamptonshire required.

Shift schedule: Flexible working hours to suit the requirements of the company.

Job Overview:



The Registered Manager will oversee the overall management and quality of the supported living service, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations as well as developing the future growth and direction of the company which will be rewarded with a performance related bonus.

Key responsibilities:



Develop and maintain effective working relationships with service users, families and other stakeholders. Develop and implement person-centred care plans tailored to each service user. Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive culture Develop and communicate the strategic plans for the service Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards. Oversee the implementation of the service's policies and procedures in accordance with; legislative requirements, relevant regulations, recognised standards and best practice. Recruit, train and supervise a team of support workers.

Skills and Experience:



Proven experience as a registered manager in a supported living environment. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident with IT and digital care systems Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well being of vulnerable adults.

Pay: 40,000.00-49,500.00 per year
