To effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the New Leaf Recovery addiction treatment centre, ensuring that all service users receive first class care
To ensure the New Leaf treatment centre fully complies with all CQC regulations and its policies and procedures are current and comprehensive
To deal with enquiries and the admission of service users, based on the centre criteria
To encourage and motivate staff with their own development and progression
To provide line management and regular supervision to treatment centre staff
To create new partnerships and referral pathways within the private healthcare sector

New Leaf Recovery is a small, independent residential detoxification and rehabilitation centre for adults with addiction issues. We are looking for a full time Service Manager working mainly Monday - Friday 9-5, however as our centre is a 24 hour treatment centre, some evening and weekend work will be required.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve) - Essential
Minimum of 2 years in a similar service management role within the healthcare sector, to include a knowledge & understanding of Care Quality Commission requirements - Essential
Experience of dealing with enquiries from existing referral pathways and developing new partnerships - Desirable
Experience of conducting initial assessments and admissions, completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments - Essential
Line management experience including supervision, 1-1s and performance appraisals - Essential
Personal experience of addiction or a substance misuse environment - Desirable
Full clean driving license - Desirable
Good written, verbal and listening skills in all media - Essential
Good numeracy skills - Desirable
Ability to facilitate quality learning- Essential
Working knowledge of contemporary computer programmes in general office use e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel- Essential
Good awareness of confidentiality issues- Essential
