We have a rare opportunity to join our lively and supportive team as an Apprentice Creative and Performing Arts Administrator. This role offers an excellent introduction to arts administration within a dynamic faculty that champions creativity and innovation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Process documents and information using college procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Communicate with staff, students, peripatetic tutors and visitors by phone, email, written communication and in person, providing clear and timely responses.
Use a range of software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and internal systems to support day to day faculty operations.
Provide reception support in the Centre for Creative Industries, welcoming visitors, directing enquiries and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Support events such as performances, exhibitions, academy workshops, student interviews, open evenings and employer or partner events.
Assist with the coordination of peripatetic music lessons, including communication with tutors, students and parents where required.
Provide general administrative support to faculty management and teaching teams, meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Contribute to projects that improve the organisation and delivery of faculty activities
