As a Creative Artworker at Creation, you will manage the production of printed materials, work as a creative artworker, and ensure the highest quality of 2D output. You will split your time equally between the Client Account and Production teams, creating graphic design work, preparing artwork for print, and supporting various design projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Artwork for Print: Prepare production-ready artwork across multiple formats and materials, including digital, large-format print, vinyl graphics, signage, and bespoke applications. Production Templating: Manage artwork templating, pre-print setup, cutter guides, and asset packaging, ensuring precision and clarity for suppliers or internal teams. Project Pre-Production: Assist with scheduling, and artwork preparation for projects. Supplier Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of print materials. Client Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of briefs. Attend client meetings to capture feedback and briefs. Print Advice: Provide guidance on print methodologies and manufacturing methods.: 2D Graphic Visualisation: Support internal departments, and clients in visualising 2D graphic concepts. Brand Guidelines Guardian: Ensure adherence to the Creation and our client's brand guidelines across all formats. Presentation Support: Assist colleagues with presentations and internal documents to maintain internal house styles consistently. Client Design Language: Deep dive into the style and design language of Creation's clients. Use toolkits and lookbooks to create materials that win pitches and help develop client assets.

Key Requirements



Proven experience and proficiency in graphic design software - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Good knowledge of print processes ??Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative, production, and supplier teams. Ability to manage workload across multiple projects, often to tight deadlines. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. A ' can-do' attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Confident IT skills (Google suite use preferred) Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role Self-motivated Upbeat and energised Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks Team player

Preferable Additions



Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g. Sketchup) Full driving licence Experience in /solid knowledge of the Wet Trade (Drinks Trade)
