Main Purpose of the Role




AYBL is seeking a skilled Senior Creative Artworker to produce high-quality artwork, illustrations, and graphics for both apparel and digital content. This is a creative role that requires strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the Lead Creative Designer and collaborate with internal teams--including Womenswear, Menswear Design, and Brand--to ensure all creative assets are original, on-brand, and fully production-ready.


Responsibilities and duties




Create high-quality illustrations and graphics for apparel items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and more. Design original graphics, patterns, and prints for upcoming collections. Develop distinctive brand assets, including original logos that reflect AYBL's identity. Rework and refresh high-performing past designs by updating visuals or layouts, offering customers new options for their favourite products while maintaining brand consistency and appeal. Continuously research and analyse emerging styles, industry trends, and consumer preferences to inform and inspire creative direction. Proactively generate fresh design concepts with a focus on realism, innovation, and brand relevance, ensuring the creative output remains ahead of the curve and aligned with market demands. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in illustration software, including Procreate and Adobe Illustrator. Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and adapting to changing requirements. Apply strong knowledge of print techniques to ensure all designs are technically sound, production-ready, free from potential production issues, and without any limitations in terms of execution. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, including brief allocation and first-stage design approvals. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment across departments. Support the wider brand team by contributing to cross-functional projects. Respond efficiently to ad hoc design requests from managers, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency. When needed, roll out approved design concepts across various platforms (e.g., brand, marketing), adapting base designs into multiple formats to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Person Specification




Will have a minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent Competent user of Adobe creative suites & Procreate. Excellent written English and verbal communication skills Detailed knowledge of design, artwork, layouts, colour, artwork, print and production. An innovative and creative thinker Able to work independently and as part of a team Organised with attention to detail Confident, self-motivated and proactive
