Location: Long Bennington, Newark
Office based role, with Fridays working from home. Usual hours 8.30am - 4pm with the ability to start earlier/finish earlier.

Hi, I'm Robyn. Eight years ago I took the leap, left my job and started my own online cosmetics brand.

Fast forward to today and more than 100,000 women across the UK use our makeup brushes and now our skincare. As we enter an exciting new chapter with new product lines, I'm looking for a visually creative, beauty loving, roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to get the desired outcome kind of person to join our very small (but mighty) team as my Creative Assistant and right hand.

This is a hands-on role where you'll get involved in many areas of the business and gain real experience within a growing cosmetics brand with plenty of room for progression.

Note: This is an office-based role in Long Bennington, Newark, with some flexibility to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

Creating modern and visually exciting creatives for social media and email marketing Producing and posting social media content to grow our reach across different platforms Brainstorming creative marketing ideas for products, launches and campaigns Creating engaging marketing emails Video editing Assisting with product packaging concepts and design Identifying PR opportunities for the brand Assisting with online sales events Staying up to date with beauty and industry trends to keep content and products current And additional tasks as needed
As my right hand there will be responsibilities outside of these which you may be required to get involved in from time to time such as:

Customer support queries Speaking with suppliers Liasing with PR companies etc.
Ideal Candidate

Confident user of modern social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Able to take visually appealing product photos and videos using a phone camera Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop, similar tools Basic video editing skills Organised, self motivated and able to manage multiple projects Able to work independently as well as collaboratively Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to.
