We're a dynamic marketing agency seeking a Creative Assistant to join our team. As a member of our growing creative department, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and overseeing the creation and uploading of content. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and an understanding of digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Uploading & Description Writing:
Upload images and videos to the various platforms, ensuring all content meets the required standards. Write detailed, engaging, and accurate descriptions for the uploaded content.
Client Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Handle communication with clients and models to ensure content requests are effectively relayed and executed.
Client Engagement & Retention:
Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring that all requested tasks are completed in a timely manner. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client requests and content are delivered on time and to satisfaction. Provide input on workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
Reporting & Feedback:
Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts, content performance, and any issues that may arise. Collaborate with management to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the social media and entertainment industry, as well as competitors, to identify potential business opportunities.
Talent & Client Relations:
Build and maintain a positive, enthusiastic relationship with our models, talent, and clients. Address complaints or issues in a professional manner and find amicable solutions to keep clients satisfied
Qualifications:
Previous experience in content management, client relations, or the social media industry is a plus.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft detailed descriptions that engage viewers while adhering to company guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work closely with internal and external teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate difficult situations and manage client expectations.
A professional, respectful, and non-judgmental attitude toward the industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
