Do you have a passion for design?




Are you familiar with design software such as canva or adobe?




Would you like to have experience working within a design team in a fast-paced communications agency? Were looking for someone who has an eye for creativity to join as a summer intern, on a paid four-week internship. We want applicants from all backgrounds, all we want is a passion for design, and a willingness to learn and get stuck in.




You must have basic experience in using design software.




To make the application process more accessible, were removing some of the usual barriers no CVs or portfolios required. Instead, wed love to see a simple two-page submission:

: A piece of creative (which you have designed graphically) that shows us what curiosity means to you.

: Tell us about yourself. Who are you? Where are you from? What are your interests and passions? (250 words max)

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team of designers, assisting with the creation of eye-catching designs and concepts for our wide range of clients.




You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:


Supporting the team with creating assets for client campaigns. Researching social media trends and how we can apply them to client work. Assisting the team by coming up with campaign concepts and ideas. Participating in team meetings and contributing to creative discussions. Creating design content, both for clients and Golley Slater.
This is a paid internship, but the successful candidate will also receive valuable training and mentorship from our experienced design team, as well as exposure to working with high-profile clients.

We are a leading communications agency based in Wales and are seeking a motivated design Intern to join our team for a four-week placement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience within the creative sector.

As we said above, we are not asking for a portfolio or a CV, all we ask from you is a piece of graphic design that represents what curiosity means to you. There are no right or wrong answers. Along with this piece of creative, we would also like, an about me page (250 words max) - Who are you? Where are you from? What are your interests and passions?

Your work

We want to showcase all the submissions to put a spotlight on the talent out there. We are aiming to put all applicants submissions together into a short reel, which will be used on Golley Slater social channels.
