Creative Space Design and Build (Creative Spaces) is a growing construction firm specializing in residential projects, primarily lofts and extensions in London. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As we expand our reach, we're looking for a Marketing Intern to support our efforts in building brand awareness and generating leads.

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and branding within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Houzz etc.) Update and maintain the company website and blog with case studies Help design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and project case studies Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns Coordinate with clients for reviews and photographer for site visits Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and client outreach Update and maintain our Google Business Profiles

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience is a plus Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation Interest in the construction industry is a plus Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms is a bonus Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
