The role involves assisting with content planning, publishing, and performance tracking across digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities
Publish weekly posts using established brand templates and assetso Maintain and update a digital content calendar
Track key performance data such as views, likes, shares, and saves
Organise and tag digital media files for reuse
Repurpose past campaign materials into short-form videos and highlight edits
Support with writing captions and planning hashtags using a structured content framework
About You
Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a Creative Arts subject
Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Strong eye for visual design and attention to detail
Comfortable using tools such as Squarespace Unfold or similar platforms
Basic video editing experience is an advantage (for example, DaVinci Resolve or comparable software)
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English
Enthusiastic about creative design, photography, and visual storytelling
Schedule and Contract
Zero-hour contract, 1 day per week, ideally in person at the Addlestone studio
Flexible hours suitable for students or freelancers
Paid hourly, with opportunities to gain portfolio experience in a creative environment
